- Sunshine Chameleons will only ship chameleons overnight for delivery by 10:30am the following day, if it's available in your area. You, the buyer, must be present to receive the package or all guarantees are void.
- We do accept nonrefundable deposits on chameleons to be pre-sold or placed on hold. The remaining balance must be paid before the set shipment date.
- Sunshine Chameleons ships all chameleons between Monday and Wednesday(sometimes Thursday*) with the exception of major holidays.
- *Thursday shipments are for emergencies only. We are not responsible for shipments held over the weekend.
- Sunshine Chameleons offers a 10 day health guarantee on captive bred chameleons. Sunshine Chameleons must be notified within 10 days of delivery with any problems or concerns.
- All shipping charges are the buyer's expense(unless noted in the sale), and is nonrefundable.
- Live, healthy arrival is only guaranteed when shipping temperatures are between 32-90F.(Please tell us the weather in your area.)
- All claims must be made within the 10 day period, and the animal in question must be kept for photographs.
- DOA or any other chameleon returned within the 10 days will be replaced with a chameleon of equal value. If a Chameleon of equal value isn't available, then a full refund of the chameleon price will be issued.
- Once again, we are not responsible for any shipping charges.
- We reserve the right to refuse sale to any buyer, for any reason.
